SS-31

SS-31, also known as Elamipretide, is a synthetic tetrapeptide designed to target and protect mitochondria—the energy-producing structures within cells. By binding to cardiolipin, a lipid unique to the inner mitochondrial membrane, SS-31 stabilizes mitochondrial function, enhances energy production, and reduces oxidative stress.

• Duration:

• Timing:
